Refund Policies

Please notice that problems caused by improper humitidy&temperature maintenance and storage, personal damages and the Act of God after receiving the guitar are non-refundable. If you want to know how we deal with a damaged guitar during the shipping process, read our shipping policies.

  • For a guitar that has no custom items:

 1.For subjective reason returns:

  If you do not like the guitar subjectively or if you need a full refund due to personal reasons, you can refund the guitar within 7 days (144 hours) after receiving the guitar. Before sending the guitar please make sure the guitar's as brand new without scratch and bump.

  The shipping fee (usually around USD 100) is non-refundable. Once we receive the returned guitar and check its status, you'll get refunded. Any potential cost during the refund post like tariff and shipping cost should be covered by the buyer.

 2.For objective reason( guitar quality issues) returns

  If serious quality problems(such as crazing finish, broken parts and strongly deformed parts) arise within 15 days, we'll cover all the fees to send it back and give you the full refund once the guitar is sent. For other slight problems arise within 1 year, we'll partially refund as compensation or/and offer possible repair solution according to specific situation.


For custom-built guitars (guitar with any customized item) :


 1.For subjective reason returns:


  If you don't like the guitar subjectively or you need to refund the guitar because of personal reasons, it is almost refundable. Usually we'll double check with customers about customized items to avoid the subjective conflicts on the design/aesthetic.


 2.For objective reason( guitar quality issues) returns


  If a quality problems arise in a guitar with customized items, we'll negotiate a proper compensation plan or re-make a new one according to the specific situation.
